Congratulations to Claire Wilkes (above right), Kim Rueherwein (above left) and Tara Cousins (below) for being honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation and Bethesda Foundation Grateful Patient Programs!

 

 

Grateful Patient Honors Claire Wilkes, Good Samaritan Hospital Labor & Delivery Nurse

Recently, team member Claire Wilkes from Labor & Delivery was honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation Grateful Patient Program for the outstanding care she provided to a patient and her husband. 

Along with the gift, the patient wrote the following note of gratitude:

"Our deepest appreciation to all the nurses and doctors, especially Claire Wilkes!  My husband and I want to thank everyone who took care of us. Keep up the good work and God Bless you all."

The Grateful Patients and Families Program allows a patient or their family to make a donation in honor of a physician, nurse, or team member who made a difference and share a note of thanks.

Donations provide support for projects and services in the Good Samaritan Region.

Grateful Patient Honors Kim Rueherwein, Labor & Delivery, and Tara Cousins, OB Float Pool

Kim Rueherwein from Labor & Delivery and Tara Cousins from OB Float Pool were recently honored through the Bethesda Foundation Grateful Patient Program for the great care they provided. The patient wrote this note:

"Kim & Tara were so incredibly supportive during my labor & delivery. They kept me feeling confident with all their encouragement and made sure my wishes were honored. We could not have asked for better nurses!”

The Grateful Patient Program allows patients and their families to recognize a physician, nurse or caregiver who made a difference during their stay with a donation and a note of thanks. Donations made through the Grateful Patient program provide support for projects and services at Bethesda Hospitals.
