Hello TriHealth family,
 
As part of TriHealth’s mission to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace for our team members and physicians, we offer a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in which team members may participate. In our second installment of our ERG video series, I am joined by Larry Mayborg, Chair of TriHealth Armed Forces Group and Supporters, better known as TAGS. TAGS aims to support veterans of all branches within the armed forces. Members may be veterans, Reserve or National Guard members, family members of a veteran, or simply an individual who desires to support team members. Join us in this week’s video for insights on how TAGS helps to strengthen the patient experience of veterans and supports the recruitment and retention of veterans at TriHealth, as well as the group’s extensive involvement in honoring and supporting veterans throughout our community.
