Hello TriHealth family,
As part of TriHealth’s mission to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace for our team members and physicians, we offer a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in which team members may participate. In our third installment of our ERG video series, I am joined by Noah Rowell, Chair of the LGBTQ+ Support Team, better known as PRISM. PRISM’s aim is to create awareness, sensitivity and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community in order to establish a safe space for the community to receive healthcare. Join us in this week’s video for insights on how PRISM helps our team members SERVE a marginalized population, as well as the group’s extensive involvement in the community.
