TriHealth is committed to offering learning opportunities to team members in every role and at every step in their career path, which is why we’ve partnered with Catalyst Learning on the CLiMB® Online Learning Library.
CLiMB offers 10-15 minute courses that team members can complete at their own pace around five key areas:
- Good Work and Good Relationships explores what you can expect, and what is expected of you, as a TriHealth team member
- Communicating Effectively focuses on conflict resolution and active listening
- Caring for Yourself and Others addresses tackling stressful situations and working through change
- Providing an Exceptional Patient Experience explores how we engage with patients and how to provide great customer service
- Your Healthcare Career provides tips for entry level team members interested in advancement within healthcare
You can access the CLiMB library in three easy steps!
1. Log in to your TriHealth Learn account through Bridge.
2. Select Catalog from the top navigation then type “CLiMB” in the search bar.
3. Select a theme and a course from the library. There are courses for team members and leaders. Leaders can use these courses to facilitate group trainings.
Once you select the theme you want to learn about, you will be assigned up to three lessons, each with a web-based training, a brief quiz, and a feedback survey, which must be completed before moving on to the next lesson.
Be sure to take advantage of this unique learning opportunity to feel more confident in your role, better able to manage stress and begin to explore your personal and career goals!
