Social Work Month in March is a time to celebrate the profession of social work. At TriHealth, we want to acknowledge the many talents and hard work of our social workers over the last year, playing a vital role in The TriHealth Way of Delivering Care and our commitment to Getting Healthcare Right.
Social work is a helping profession and social workers are essential to community well-being, with a particular focus on those who are vulnerable, oppressed and living in poverty. As practitioners, social workers are trained to help people address personal and systemic barriers to optimal living. At TriHealth, social workers are found throughout our continuum of care and their work contributes to positive change for individuals, families, groups and our entire community.
Now more than ever, as members of our community face unprecedented personal and professional challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, the contributions of social workers could not be more critical to our TriHealth mission to SERVE our community.

The Perinatal Social Workers do an excellent job ! They work hard to ensure that every patient that is in need receives the time, resources and compassion they need. They have a difficult job that sometimes receives little credit. I salute each and every one of them on the excellent job they do for the community.
