TriHealth Bridge

March 09, 2021

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics celebrates Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day this year on Wednesday, March 10, commemorating the dedication of RDNs as advocates for advancing the nutrition status of Americans and people around the world. We want to acknowledge the many talents and hard work of our Registered Dietitians over the last year, playing a vital role in The TriHealth Way of Delivering Care and our commitment to Getting Healthcare Right.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists are food and nutrition experts, committed to improving the health of patients and the community. They are a valuable and credible source of evidenced-based food and nutrition information, translating the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthy living. RDNs have degrees in nutrition, dietetics, public health or a related field from well-respected, accredited colleges and universities, completed an internship, passed an examination and maintain continuing education.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists provide their nutrition expertise throughout our system. Now more than ever, as we work to keep our facilities safe and ready during the COVID-19 pandemic, their services could not be more critical!
