TriHealth Bridge

March 29, 2021

Recently, team member Stephanie Wood with Good Samaritan Hospital’s Surgicare Unit was honored through Good Samaritan Foundation’s Grateful Patients and Families Program for exemplifying both the TriHealth Way and SERVE values.

Along with the gift, the patient’s family wrote the following note of gratitude:

“Stephanie took care of my son before his gallbladder surgery in December. This was his first surgery since he was very young so he was nervous and had a lot of questions. Stephanie answered all of his questions in a way he could clearly understand and helped to greatly put his mind at ease. Seven weeks later Stephanie was my nurse when I had to have my gallbladder removed. She remembered taking care of my son and asked how he was doing. Stephanie took such great care of both my son and myself! Her actions exemplified both the SERVE values and the TriHealth Way! She is calm, reassuring and takes the time to really listen to her patients. Thank you, Stephanie for everything you did for me and my family! You are AMAZING!”
