Submit your nomination by April 30 to recognize a team member in the fourth quarter 2021 and by July 31 to recognize a team member for the first quarter in 2022.

Living Our Values Awards
The TriHealth Living Our Values Award honors exceptional non-management team members who embody our SERVE values, consistently exhibit ALWAYS Behaviors, and inspire us all in the process. Nominations can be submitted by any TriHealth team member, and ten winners are selected each quarter.
Award winners are granted a beautiful engraved crystal award and Gold Level Appreciation Station Points (375 points) to shop for a gift(s) of their choosing. Winners are recognized at surprise presentation with their team, in the Weekly Update and at Team Member Town Hall. Winners and their guest are invited to the annual Service Awards Celebration.
