Throughout the health system, the TriHealth Corporate Security team protects our patients, team members and physicians as they visit our facilities, receive care and do their jobs. Their values are centered on patients, people and pride and providing comfort during uncomfortable situations.

 

TriHealth Corporate Security is unveiling our new name – TriHealth Protective Services – to better reflect this team's essential work. Protective Services enhance the patient experience with a friendly, reassuring presence, support team members and physicians during unsafe situations, and partner through assessments, education and training to reduce the opportunity for unsafe situations. 

 

To mark this change, Protective Services officers and attendants will update their uniform patches and their information on Bridge. 

 

Protective Services will continue to partner with our team members and physicians throughout the health system to provide a safe care environment.
