Also, check out the awesome ideas from our FY21 Gold Shovel winners, such as from Emily (Kristen) Ladd, speech pathologist at GSH. Kristen worked with her pediatric therapy team to create color-coded signs, indicating nipple flow rates, that are posted bedside in the NICU. These signs help to ensure consistency across infant feeds with correct flow rates, also reducing product waste.
