Starting July 20, TriHealth team members have the opportunity to attend live, online training classes delivered by Microsoft Office trainers, at no cost to team members.
Each class will be 90 minutes in duration, using the interactive Microsoft Teams platform. Classes offered for July – September 2021 will include:
- Excel levels 100 and 200
- Power Point levels 100 and 200
- Word levels 100 and 200
- Outlook levels 100 and 200
- OneNote level 100
Note: level 100 is not required in order to take level 200, please see the Microsoft Class Descriptions and the Microsoft Class Objectives to determine whether or not you need level 100.
Advance registration is required and available through TriHealth Learn:
- Go to Bridge, open the side menu by clicking the 3 lines beside “Menu” Select “Our TriHealth Learn”, and then login to TriHealth Learn.
- Go to the Catalog and search “Microsoft” to see all available classes.
- Click the “Show additional information” button to read the course description.
- Select “choose class” to view the available date and time options and register.
- If you have not yet used the Microsoft Teams platform, or wish to do the classes from a remote computer, you can access Teams through your internet browser. Instructions can be found by clicking “view class” once you are registered.
At this time, the classes are offered during traditional office hours. This pilot schedule will run through September, after which we will determine additional course offerings and times – including the possibility of evening options – based upon the level of attendance and feedback received. For future schedules, we also hope to offer access to computer labs, as needed.
Overall Rating: Comments:
I agree that these should be offered in the evening. The staff that would benefit the most from these classes typically are not in positions that allow for this time away from our day to day duties.

Geez, for all of us every day TriHealth worker bees the classes are all during a regular workday and completely conflict with our "serving others" work. Let us know is you decide to do some at 5pm or after M-Th please.

with what Trihealth is doing to protect us from the outside, could not use the Learn link on Bridge, got error page. Work around in Chrome> Trihealth.learn > TH Resources > link for Learn there. Not everyone will figure this out
