LifeStyles department seeking participants for healthy habits study
TriHealth LifeStyles is currently seeking team members and/or their spouses to participate in a healthy habits study. As part of this study, all participants will receive:
- 16 coaching sessions from a TriHealth Health Coach
- Gift card compensation for your time
Funded through a grant from the National Institutes of Health, the study is being conducted in conjunction with Habit Design and the University of Washington to evaluate different methods and technologies that can be used to help people develop healthy, sustainable habits.
Participation in this study is limited to individuals who have been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is diagnosed when at least three of the criteria listed in the below table are met:

How Can I Find Out If I Have Metabolic Syndrome?
If you are interested in participating in this study but are unsure if you are eligible, it is recommended that you have a biometric screening done. This screening will provide you with valuable information about your health and determine if you do have metabolic syndrome.
