One way TriHealth shows appreciation and celebration of our team members is through our Anniversary Yearbook program. Team members celebrating significant milestone anniversaries starting with five years of service receive a yearbook and a link to order a special gift of recognition for their service. These yearbooks are made extra special with personal comments from you, our TriHealth colleagues!
We've made it even easier to send your best wishes.
Improved Yearbook Submission Process
A few weeks before the recipient's TriHealth milestone anniversary, the one-up leader, fellow team members and direct reports of the recipient will receive an email from OC Tanner, our Rewards and Recognition partner, with a request to comment in the yearbook and a link to the comments section.
If you receive an email, please help us CHEER A CAREER by commenting in the yearbook to help make this a memorable experience for the recipient. You are encouraged to invite others to comment in the yearbook via email as appropriate. All comments can be easily entered through the OC Tanner website link included in the OC Tanner email.
Before the recipient's milestone anniversary date, the one-up leader will receive a printed copy of the yearbook to present to the recipient. There is also a virtual copy of the yearbook to be enjoyed.

I can't believe it's been 10 years. Time flies when you enjoying what you do, with people you enjoy working with. Thanks to GSOR, GSOC and GSH L&D staff for making this a great 10 years!
