SOAR Co-Chairs Randy Hammann and Donna Peters had a great time rounding during SOARfari IX at Arrow Springs earlier this month. They discussed AIDET, HEARD and the TriHealth Way in addition to conversations with team members about the importance of taking care of themselves during these challenging times. Everyone appreciated the goodies they received from HR and our Lifestyles teams. This was an uplifting experience surrounded by engaged team members who really enjoyed the interaction and work of SOAR.
