TriHealth Bridge

January 21, 2021

Hello TriHealth family,

This week, TriHealth has launched the first phase of our COVID-19 vaccine program for our patients and the community. We are following Governor DeWine’s orders to provide vaccines to individuals by age group, beginning with those who are 80 years of age and older. While we have the operations infrastructure to administer 5,000-6,000 vaccinations a day, we currently have a severely limited supply of the vaccine. TriHealth is receiving only 1,000-2,000 doses per week at this time. We will administer all of those doses in a matter of days, and as you interact with patients, please ask them to be patient as we await larger shipments of vaccine in the coming weeks.

Eligible patients will be contacted through MyChart (anyone who doesn’t have a MyChart account can create one here) or can call our COVID vaccine scheduling number – 513-86-COVID (513-862-6843). Availability of appointments will be contingent on the number of vaccine doses we receive from the state each week.

Thank you for all you do every day to safely care for and support our TriHealth patients and the community.

My 93 year old mother was thrilled to be vaccinated at Western Ridge last week. She described to me how smooth the process was from the moment she walked in the door until she left and how every team member was so friendly and helpful to her. Karen Groh
