Driven by a strategic shift in Marketing Communications priorities, the department has recently streamlined its internal operations model for the process of fielding and responding to system marketing requests.

To better serve its clinical and support services customers, and ultimately our TriHealth patients and the larger community, all marketing requests must be submitted to this easy-to-use online request form.

Marketing Communications Work Request Form (Note: Copy link into the Chrome browser; it will not work in Internet Explorer)

Team members will be asked to summarize their marketing or communications request within the form, including details on deadlines, budget, and content, enabling the Marketing Communications team to appropriately triage and respond to each request. 

Additionally, the department is proactively collaborating with leaders and key stakeholders across all service lines, operations and administrative departments to gather information about happenings throughout TriHealth and promote it internally and externally to our team members, patients and community through social media and public relations efforts.
