Members of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority at Miami University traveled to Bethesda North Hospital on November 17th to present the team members of the Mary Jo Cropper Family Center for Breast Care with homemade blankets for breast cancer patients. They also surprised the team members with a donation of $5,000 to the Center to benefit ProFound AI Technology.

“We are humbled by the generosity of members of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. Their gift will warm the hearts of our patients who are undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Our patients are blessed to be recipients of these very thoughtful gifts,” said Jacqui Appel, Breast Program Manager.

Zeta Tau Alpha members are well known for their passion for service to others, especially through Breast Cancer Awareness and Education. Zetas host various events on campus, participate in events with their national partners, and distribute Think Pink ribbons and breast health tip cards around campus and throughout the community.
