Hello TriHealth family,

As part of TriHealth’s mission to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace for our team members and physicians, we offer a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in which team members may participate. Built on a foundation of education, talent management and community engagement, ERGs are employee-led groups formed around common culture, characteristics, or shared interests or life experiences. In the first in a series of upcoming features on our ERGs, I speak with Daniel Pacheco, chair of the TriHealth Young Professionals (TYP) ERG.
