On Wednesday, September 16, we launch our next Team Member Engagement Pulse Survey to get your latest feedback about what’s going well and what we can improve on our journey from Good to Great, as we work together to get Healthcare Right for our community – better care, better health, better value!

Based on the feedback that we received from the Team Member Engagement survey taken in January, we have:

  • Launched a new tuition assistance program for team members;
  • Increased options for no cost or reduced cost childcare resources; and
  • Adopted a Living Wage for team members (the first in our region to do so)!

We’ve many more improvements, which are highlighted in this “You Said, We Did” summary.

It only takes two minutes and let your voice be heard! We’ve made taking the survey as easy as possible between September 16-25, 2020:

  1. Text PULSE2020 to 22333 to take the survey on your mobile device; OR

Hazard pay for extremely rare situations as with Covid-19. Reconsider what is Calle living wage for patient care assistants who are the “face” of the hospital.
