Overview of Social Media Use at TriHealth has been assigned to all team members, leaders and physicians in TriHealth Learn to be completed by April 15, 2020.
The Overview of Social Media Use at TriHealth course provides a general review of how to effectively use social media to interact with TriHealth accounts and fellow team members in a professional manner, and to be ambassadors for TriHealth on social media. In addition, it is designed to reinforce and support TriHealth's mission to improve the health status of the people we SERVE (Serve, Excel, Respect, Value, and Engage).
While we know our team members are busy, it is important all our team members are educated in how to use social media effectively, especially when it comes to HIPAA/Privacy Concerns, interacting with fellow team members online and connecting with our brand. This course will only take about 30 minutes to complete.
This course is mandatory and will result in corrective action if not completed successfully.
