Congratulations to Elizabeth Ebbeler, Athletic Trainer at TriHealth Orthopedic & Spine Institute, our SOAR Week Grand Prize winner! Elizabeth will be treated to "A Night on the Town," including dinner downtown and tickets to an upcoming show at the Aronoff.
To be entered to win the grand prize, team members had to complete all four of the SOAR Week Challenges. These challenges focused on AIDET + the Promise, showing appreciation and sharing our "why."

The purpose of SOAR Week was to re-engage, re-invigorate, and re-educate. We focused on our critical customer engagement activities to ensure that team members and leaders are comfortable with and educated on these tactics and programs.
