In the previous weeks of Safety Awareness Month, we have shared information about Safety & Reliability tools, team member safety and hand hygiene. This week we are focusing on our HRO Coaches, a vital role that helps to encourage and clarify the use of our Safety & Reliability practices.
The HRO Coaches:
- Are specially trained team members who actively promote our high reliability teaming skills, practices and tools.
- Serve in the roles of coach, teacher, communicator, trainer, and advocate for Leading the Way to Zero by helping their peers translate the Leading the Way to Zero Toolbox for Everyone into day-to-day use and consistently reinforcing our new practice habits.
