As we have been hearing over the past few weeks, the COVID-19 pandemic has created two crises for our community, including at TriHealth. Following the public health emergency, we are now facing the secondary financial crisis caused by the mitigation efforts implemented to reduce the threat of COVID-19. Our priority remains focused on delivering the highest quality patient care, at the right price and at the convenience of our patients. To help us meet these extraordinary and unexpected financial challenges, the Arrow Springs Outpatient Pharmacy, Bethesda Butler Outpatient Pharmacy, Group Health Mason Pharmacy and Group Health West Chester Pharmacy closed June 27. All other TriHealth services at these locations will remain open. All affected team members and patients have been notified of this change.
Pharmacists are an important component of healthcare, from the extensive medication knowledge to the trusting relationships built with patients. Thank you to our pharmacy team members who have served TriHealth, our patients and the community over the years!

It would have been nice if those who use the pharmacies had been notified IN ADVANCE. I am still trying to have my medications transferred to Kroger. Will never trust TH again.

This is a GREAT loss to this area. The patient's and team members really depended on the pharmacies for their medication needs.
GREAT LOSS !!!!!

The way this was handled was poor. I have seen on social media through community pages that the Group Health Mason location (which I use and am upset that notification wasn't given) closed down and community members weren't notified either, leaving them to "bad mouth" Trihealth for a lot of people to see.

First of all, this is so sad for the team members affect by the closures. I was using the Arrow Springs pharmacy regularly until now, which was extremely convenient since I work at Arrow Springs. Emma and Jerri have ALWAYS been helpful and went above and beyond for their patients. They called me by name (not just a Rx #). This now leaves me with transferring all of my prescriptions to Kroger b/c there are no longer any Trihealth pharmacies that are anywhere near where I live. There are no Trihealth pharmacies on this side of town period! I would have to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to the hospital, park, and make my way to the Apothecary, that is not near a convenient entrance. I understand that this was something that was necessary considering the unprecedented Covid pandemic, but I was not notified and I too found out "by accident". I have been on medical leave for the past 2 weeks and have just returned to work today. Not looking forward to dealing with Kroger pharmacy in the future.

I was a patient at the West Chester location and was not notified of this. I found out "by accident" on Friday June 26th when I went there to get a refill on my medicine.
