SOAR Co-Chairs Randy Hammann and Donna Peters went on another SOARfari trip, this time to the Thomas Center! They rounded on our team members to ensure we are all Safe and Ready for our patients, the community and each other. They also as talked to team members to see how they were doing during these uncertain and stressful times. They received great feedback and tried to provide SOAR support to team members through empathy and humor.
Always Safety Behaviors
To help team members remember to wear masks at all times, the SOAR Council has developed four new Always Behaviors and a Mask Guideline graphic. Visit the “Safety Signage” section here on Bridge to download and print these graphics for use in your practice or department.
