TriHealth Bridge

January 06, 2020

A new emergency alert notification system is being deployed across our system during the month of January. TriHealth Alert is replacing the previous Red Alert emergency notification tool during the month of January. TriHealth’s investment in this new alert platform provides our team members with more reliable and more effective emergency notifications. The benefits and improvements associated with our new TriHealth Alert emergency notification system include:

  • Individual ability to add additional emergency alert notification channels, including:
    • Mobile phone voice and/or text messages
    • Landline voice messages
    • Additional email notifications
  • Individual ability to subscribe to emergency notification groups
  • Enhanced reporting and message tracking

Additional functionality will be launched later in 2020, including:

  • Ability for team members to reply to emergency notifications
  • Polling functionality
  • Guardian Safety App for easy communication with TriHealth Security

All team members have had accounts automatically created for them as part of the implementation of TriHealth Alert. These accounts were set up to deliver targeted emergency alert notifications to your TriHealth email account. The team member’s default notification group was determined by your work location as recorded by Human Resources.

If you have not yet done so, please log in to your account profile. This will provide you the opportunity to add mobile and/or landline notifications and enroll in any additional alert groups that you might want to join.

What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Two-Factor Authentication is a two-step process that helps confirm that you are really the one who is logging into TriHealth Alert. This is the same process that is being used if you have tried to login to TriHealth Bridge from outside the TriHealth network.

What Do I Need to Do?
In order to be prepared to log in from outside using Two-Factor Authentication, please do the following:

  1. If you use Two-Factor authentication to login into the new TriHealth Bridge, TriHealth VPN via Big-IP Edge Client or Duo, you don’t have to do anything as you are already setup.
  2. If you have not done the above or not sure you are setup, do the following:
    • Call the IS Service Center at 513 569 5100 and ask to be set up for Two-Factor Authentication.
    • Once they verify who you are, they will be able to set it up while you are on the phone
    • After you have been set up, you are ready to login to TriHealth Alert or use Two-Factor Authentication for any application that requires it.

How To Update Your TriHealth Alert Account Profile

  • Log on to TriHealth Alert at https://www.getrave.com/login/TriHealth
    • If on a TriHealth network, you will be automatically logged in
    • If not on a TriHealth network, login using your TriHealth email address and your Active Directory password.  This is your user name and password that you use to log into the network, Bridge, EPIC, etc. Once you have entered that information, you will be prompted for a code that will be sent to you via our Two-Factor authentication system for added security.  Once you enter that code, you will be logged into TriHealth Alert directly.  (More on Two-Factor Authentication at the top of this page)

  • Click on the ‘Add’ button to add mobile, landline and/or additional email notifications
  • Click on the ‘Opt-in Lists’ tab near the top of the page to select additional notification groups

  • Click on your selected notification groups to be automatically subscribed to those groups

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our new TriHealth Alert system, please contact the TriHealth Alert team or contact the IS Service Center at 513-569-5100.
