Throughout our January 2020 Team Members Forums, held January 8-15, we had an opportunity to celebrate wins with over 2,000 team members in person and via livestream sessions!
We committed to document and review every single question you asked during the forums, and we’re happy to now provide summary responses as a result of your questions. Question asked at meeting not addressed here; TriHealth states we are all one and yet Group Health doesn't get MLK day as a holiday nor any addtl pay for working that day as well as our pay grade is lower as well as any outlying facility because we are not considered part of the hospital which gets a lot more money on the hour.
