Throughout the first week of February, SOAR will be hosting fun activities and challenges, including daily prizes and a grand prize, to kick-start our TriHealth Way values in 2020.

Our SOAR Chairs Donna Peters and Randy Hammann have been venturing around our various TriHealth locations and have seen great examples of the TriHealth Way in action! ! Hear directly from Donna and Randy here.

If you email SOAR@trihealth.com with examples of how your team is living out the TriHealth Way, you could be visited by Randy and Donna with some SOAR swag!

The Breast Center Team at Good Samaritan soars together to meet the needs of our patients. Always working together making sure our patients are not waiting past their appointment times, answering questions and giving time and attention to those with a bad diagnosis. An Awesome bunch of team members!

The Cancer Registry team is awesome and use the Appreciation Station frequently because they do the majority of their work from home. It is always so great to see how they use SOAR in very inventive ways. Way to go team!

The Trihealth Hand Surgery Center team goes above and beyond every day. During our recent temporary closure renovation, we didn't let our patients down. We went to other Trihealth facilities and cared for them with our usual expertise, teamwork and smiles.

All of our team members on nights SOAR, we work together to meet our patients needs by banding together to help accomplish what's needed or covering each other to make sure our patients are left waiting. Nights on our floor the words 'that's not my patient' is not in our vocabulary instead the words 'how can I help you' and 'I can get that for you' are most frequently heard in many circumstances!

All of our Team Members in the Discharge Call Center continue to SOAR as we reach out to our customers after their discharge with follow up calls to make sure that their Discharge Instructions were clear & understandable. We follow up to make sure that all of their discharge needs are being met & try to improve patient satisfaction & decrease readmission rate.

I make sure our little Children are safe & having a great time while their Parents or Grandparents get their workout, spa or therapy appointments. Always Soaring to make the Kids Life Center comfortable place for Children to come a play and make Friends.

our team is amazing at going above any beyond patients expectations, offering a baby station in the office for new mothers, offering wheelchair assistance waiting for them outside when patients are a fall risk, visiting sick patients in the hospital, treating each and every family member like family!!
