I took care of my husband for over 40 years until he passed away 3 years ago. He had muscular dystrophy. After he died I needed to find a way to use this part of me to care for others. So the opportunity came up with my Daughter-in-law already working here at Bethesda North. She helped me get my job here and I am so grateful. I love working here and it was the best decision for me in every way.

We are SOARING in perioperative services here at Bethesda North. My teams in Same Day Surgery and Presurgical Services are circulating the "Always" cards to each other. The team member is sending me a VOALTE message when they receive the card and I am sending them a congratulations message and entering them into a drawing for a gift card at the end of the week. We are having fun this week!!!

I am proud to work at TriHealth and love working here because it is the best way I know to help people. People that call in to schedule appointments are either sick or have a loved one that is sick and it feels good that I can be the "feel good caring voice" on the other end of the phone. Patients have told me that they are grateful to have someone who listens and helps them with a smile. This kind of help energizes me so I am honored to be that person.

My Why for working at TriHealth is patient care. I have worked at MHMH for 20 years and I love the excellent patient care we give to our patients. We treat our patients with compassion and caring. We are a family here at MH and I am proud of the care we give.

We are all SOARING at the new TriHealth, Liberty. As someone once said, it is not the new building that makes the place; it is the people/team members.:)

Proud to be a TRIHEALTH Team member and even more proud to work for an organization that continues to educate and encourage all to do the right thing by using our ALWAYS behaviors, appreciating each other through the appreciation station and empower one another with those patients that need a little extra love using the HEARD service recover modal. SOAR week is our opportunity to refresh, rejuvenate and SOAR together. We even have chances to win prizes just by participating. How fun is that????

I agree with Christine. The daily activities are a great way to promote SOAR. However, I cant figure out where the active link is to complete the scavenger hunt.
