Quarterly Flash Mentoring sessions will be offered in 2020 at different TriHealth locations. If you’re new to TriHealth, or haven’t heard about Flash Mentoring yet, it’s a great way to learn from our leaders in a relaxed atmosphere and to network with team members across the organization.
Each session is an hour and a half, during which approximately 15 team members (mentees) split up into three smaller groups with one TriHealth leader (mentor) to ask questions, seek guidance, and discuss a variety of career related topics. After about 20 minutes, mentors rotate to the next group to begin again. If you want guidance on balancing work and personal lives, handling conflict, advancing internally, and so much more, this is your opportunity to learn from those with experience!
The first session of the year will be held at Bethesda North on February 13, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Be sure to login to TriHealth Learn and search the catalog for “flash” to get more details and to register for any of the sessions in 2020. If you’re interested but worried about missing work, please discuss with your supervisor or manager to see if you can make it work.
