To further support the health of our community, TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion launched a 30 for 30 Pavilion Challenge starting Monday, April 20! It will be open to members and non-members alike, including team members. With their at-home workout videos and plan for each week, they provide a path to follow every day to ensure we keep moving together.

Below is the general plan for each week:

  • Motion Mondays= TriHealth Cardio Workout
  • Target Tuesdays= TriHealth Strength
  • Workout Walk on Wednesdays= 10,000+ Steps TOTAL(walk, jog or run}
  • Training Thursdays= TriHealth Strength Workout
  • FreeStyle Fridays= Workout of your choice!
  • Social Saturdays= Connect with Friends or Online Community to Exercise
  • Stretch Sundays= TriHealth Stretch or Yoga Video

You can follow along with their workout videos on their Facebook page, @TriHealth Pavilion.

At the end, they will draw one winner for a one year Pavilion membership!
