Diana Smith has accepted the role of Director of the Application Solution Center.
Diana joined TriHealth in May 2011 as a Lead Applications Programmer Analyst working on the TriHealth Connect project focusing on core clinical Epic applications. She immediately demonstrated a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration and generously shared her time and talents with all. She was promoted to a Project Leader over Core Clinical Applications in June of 2012 and focused on Epic orders and pharmacy teams. During that time she led the decision support teams and played an integral role in the implementations of Epic at Butler County Hospital, Bethesda North Surgery Center and Evendale Hospital.
In May 2016, Diana was promoted to Manager of Applications in the Application Solution Center with the focus on the perioperative, procedural/cardiology and PACS areas. She is always willing to help any and all in need, positive and solution driven and comes to work every day to serve TriHealth and provide outstanding results for our patients, care givers and organization. As manager, she has led the successful implementation of a new PACS system, multiple new Cardiology systems and upgrades, as well as successfully completing over 100 additional project successfully over that time. She is also a two time Pillar Award winner in the categories of Quality and People. This is a testament to her commitment to excellence in all she does and her ability to foster strong engagement of our team members.
