In honor of the sacrifices that were made in the SERVICE of others, Bethesda North Hospital held a 9/11 Commemorative Service on 9/11 at 2 p.m.

All team members and first responders were invited to attend. The service included the timeline of events on 9/11, a Prayer of Remembrance from Old St. Patrick’s Church in New York City, a THANK YOU to local first responders and a Flag Folding Ceremony.

It was a moving ceremony remembering the 2977 people killed in the terror attacks.

A special thank you to SFC Mike Benusa and SSG Matt Stang (both pictured above) for assisting with the flag folding ceremony. They are the instructors of one of our partnerships with the Military, ECM (Expeditionary Combat Medic).
