A grateful family made a donation to Good Samaritan Foundation in honor of Sue Wenn, Nurse Midwife, to thank her for her helpfulness and professionalism. Along with the donation we received a note of gratitude:
When we arrived at the hospital we didn’t know how things would go or what exactly to expect. We pulled up at 1:30 am and parked in front of the hospital, took my wife to the 9th floor and an hour and a half later out baby George was here much to the credit of Sue Wenn and the L&D nurses! They are downright phenomenal! They were competent, helpful and comforting to my wife. Their assistance made us glad we chose Good Samaritan – our trust was not misplaced! I was able to move my car while the nurse took care of my wife and baby. EVERYTHING WENT SO WELL! When we arrived in recovery the love, care and support shown to our baby George were second to none! The care and tenderness with which the nurses operated was exceptional! We cannot say enough how blessed we were to be taken care of by the nurses and staff at Good Sam. Needless to say, ALL of our future children will be born here.
God bless you all and keep up the excellent work!
The Grateful Patients and Families Program allows a patient or their family to make a donation in honor of a physician, nurse, or team member who made a difference during their stay, and also share a brief note of thanks.
Donations made through the program provide support for projects and services in the Good Samaritan Region.
