Hi Team,

It is with mixed emotions that I share Jamahal C. Boyd Sr., Director Diversity and Inclusion, will be leaving TriHealth, effective April 5, 2019 to pursue a new career objective which will further support his personal and professional goals. During his tenure with TriHealth, he has helped set the strategic direction for our diversity and inclusion efforts, partnered with our Supply Chain team to make significant progress on our supplier diversity results and promoted our efforts throughout the Cincinnati community.  He has been a strong proponent for TriHealth and our team members and will be missed.

Over the next several weeks, Jamahal and I will work together to transition his current responsibilities to other team members to ensure we continue moving this critical body of work forward for the benefit of TriHealth and our broader community. Until a new leader is named, I will provide direct oversight for the Diversity and Inclusion function. 

I would like to extend my appreciation to Jamahal for all his efforts during his tenure with TriHealth to help make us the employer of choice in this community and elevating the conversation around diversity and inclusion as a core element of our sacred work.  Please join me in thanking Jamahal and wishing him well on his future endeavors.
