On Jan. 30 & 31, TriHealth leaders will be off-site participating in our 11th Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. These LDIs are central to our work of building a high performing, patient centered Trihealth culture by developing leaders and engaging team members and physicians through the TriHealth Way of Leading, Serving and Delivering Care.

Following nearly three years of adopting TriHealth Way practices, this is an important time to reflect upon our progress and to revisit the basics to ensure our mastery of them. And that’s exactly what we’ll focus on at our next LDI, titled “Our Sacred Work – Applying the TriHealth Way to Improve Our Performance for Those We Serve.” Whether you directly serve our patients and community, or serve and support the team members who do, the work you do is sacred! Your leaders will share LDI highlights with you in the weeks to come.

Thank you for supporting your leaders as they take the necessary time away from their daily responsibilities to participate in this important LDI…so ultimately, we can be better leaders for you!
