Hi Team - 

I regretfully announce that Jim Hauschildt has submitted his resignation as President of the Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science.   

Jim’s resignation was effective Friday, January 18, 2019.   

We will name an interim president in the near future and begin a comprehensive search for his permanent replacement.

Jim joined TriHealth in January 2016 and during his tenure at Good Samaritan College of Nursing the college experienced improvements in student retention and the percentage of students who passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) on the first attempt. We wish Jim well in his future endeavors.     

The Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science is vital to TriHealth, as it is an important resource for developing the next generation of nurses and other health care professionals for the system. We have confidence in the current leadership team, during this transitional period, to maintain the high standards of education and training that our students and our community have come to expect.

We will continue to communicate the important updates for interim and permanent president as they are appointed.
