A gift was recently received by the Bethesda Foundation to benefit Fernside and the Goldstein Family Grief Center from Kathryn Vance in memory of her husband Gerald Vance and her mother Marilyn Reinelt.
Kathryn shared the following about her decision to make a gift and honor team members, Mark Koenig and Tina Cadavid, along with Fernside Volunteer Facilitator, Wendy Boyd.
“I was greatly helped through the Adult Grief Retreat at Camp Joy this past weekend. I’m hoping this small contribution will help sustain the program and allow someone else to benefit from the experience. It was wonderful!”
The Grateful Family Program allows families to recognize a physician, nurse, caregiver or team member who made a difference in their life with a donation and a note of thanks. Donations made through the Grateful Family Program provide support for programs and services at Hospice of Cincinnati.
