After 40 years of service to TriHealth, John Mettey has decided to retire as Director IT Infrastructure, effective October 1, 2019. Over the past 40 years, John has held many different roles in the Infrastructure area of Information Systems and is leaving a legacy to be proud of.

During his career as Director IT Infrastructure he led many successful initiatives including the installation of the infrastructure needed to support the Epic implementation across our Enterprise; the building and commissioning of two Tier 3 Data Centers; the rollout of an enterprise wide Cisco telephony system; the implementation of infrastructure in the many new facilities that were built or acquired over the past 10+ years; and many other major accomplishments. John’s service to TriHealth has made a true difference for our patients and team members. Please join us in wishing John the best as he begins his next adventure.

Effective immediately, Greg Allender will serve as Interim Director of IT Infrastructure in addition to his role as Chief Information Security Officer. Greg will serve in the interim role until a search is completed for the new Director of IT Infrastructure.
