LIVESTREAM WATCH TIPS

1. Disconnect from the TriHealth Virtual Private Network (VPN). If you are working remotely, be sure to disconnect from the VPN while watching this broadcast. VPN connections will slow down the delivery of this livestream to your device.

To disconnect, open the BIG-IP Edge Client and click, ‘Disconnect.’

2. Log on to Bridge. If you are working remotely and have logged off of the VPN, you will need to log in to the Bridge website. 

   
  • Click the menu button in the top left corner of the Bridge homepage
  • Click on Login
  • Select the appropriate option (team member or board member) and enter the required information.
  • You will receive a passcode sent to your cell phone after entering your login information. Enter the passcode into the appropriate text field to complete your Bridge login. 

IMPORTANT: You must have a cell phone number on file with TriHealth to be able to complete your Bridge login. If you do not have a cell phone number on file with TriHealth, you can add one by calling the help desk at 513 569 5100.

3. Close any unnecessary applications. Livestream broadcasts require your device to use a lot of its resources to deliver this broadcast. If possible, close all other applications while watching this broadcast.

4. If necessary, call in to the meeting via the telephone conference line. If you are still unable to view the livestream, you can attend the meeting by calling the conference line at 1-513-878-1836,,26315745698#
