Welcome to TriHealth Bridge, TriHealth's new team member intranet. This intranet has been developed to provide you an online resource for the system news and information that you need.

New Look

You will notice the homepage design looks very different from the old LinkNet – this is intentional. TriHealth Bridge is entirely focused on providing easy and effective search functionality, much like a Google search, and you can start every single visit to Bridge in the search bar pictured above. Simply type in a keyword, name, department, etc and Bridge will return a list of results that can take you exactly where you need to go in less than 1 second. It’s so easy!  

Other new features include:

• The Menu navigation located in the upper left corner is a secondary starting point on Bridge, if you don’t want to use the search bar. This menu follows you as you browse the site, allowing seamless navigation inside Bridge. The plus (+) signs allow you to expand the menu, and the minus (-) signs will minimize that section. This feature also allows you to navigate to pages without visiting each section individually.
• When logged into Bridge, you’ll see the personalized welcome message above the search bar. This greeting lets you know you’re logged in and allows you to create a custom intranet using the My Links tab inside the Menu navigation button. Click here for a detailed tutorial on how to set up your personalized My Links.
• Four system-level news stories will be featured on the lower half of the homepage, and all other stories will be located in the Menu navigation under Our Stories. These stories will rotate frequently.
• Content under Our Departments and the Clinical Hub contain information and resources about each department or clinical category, very similar to what you’re used to seeing on LinkNet.
• Our Tools contain all system and team member tools with direct links to external resources like the Appreciation Station, TriHealth Learn, Epic and more.

More Access

We’re excited to announce that TriHealth Bridge will be available anywhere you have an internet connection! Simply go to Bridge.TriHealth.com and you will be taken directly to the Bridge homepage to view Our Stories and Our Events. Our stories and events will be available to anyone outside of TriHealth, allowing you to share content with friends and family, as well as on social media. If you need to access the entire site while outside of TriHealth, simply log in with your usual TriHealth credentials in the upper right corner (requires two-factor authentication, a tutorial will be posted soon).

 Why Is It Called ‘Bridge?’

TriHealth Bridge, which we’ll shorten to simply ‘Bridge’ in future communications, was named for its usefulness to connect our team members to system news and information. Our new intranet will be a seamless experience that allows team members to quickly and intuitively access the news, information and tools needed to focus on the sacred work of caring for people. The days of frustrated searching on an outdated intranet are over!

The weekly newsletter you receive each week, currently called LinkNotes, is also evolving. Beginning later this month, you’ll receive the same great content in your inbox as News from TriHealthBridge. 

We are so excited to provide our team members with a modern communication platform that looks and feels like all of our other TriHealth operations – high-performing and committed to delivering an excellent experience, always! Thank you for the feedback on the external links for Appreciation Station and LEARN. Those are available under Our Tools (Quick Links). Currently, there isn't an option to add custom links (external) to the My Links tab as you noted, but we've added to the feature request list. Thank you.

Two very common sites for Team Members to access are TriHealth Learn and Appreciation Station. There is no option to add either of these to "MY Links", which is a very helpful feature but needs to be available to the most used sites first. For example, in looking for something else, I came across an article about someone winning a Microsoft Surface after donating blood, in 2014. I am able to add a 5 year old article under My Links...but can't add TriHealth Learn ?!

This new site is very frustrating. it is not user friendly at all, takes so much time that we do not have to try to find what you are looking for. You need to put back the links on the toolbar that were on the other site.

Why does this site have to change ALL the time??? What a waste of everyone time and money. It worked fine before. Had time during my shift to do my learn. Problem is I haven't found it yet!! Why can't what we need be right there?? Don't need to waste my time having a treasure hunt all the time.

when I'm at home, I cannot log-in. It keeps saying my phone number needs updated to verify, and yet to check on my questions if they are accurate, it can text me a number to verify. I don't *see* my phone number on the profile listed, but I can't add it either. I'd just like to be able to access my email from home in case I'm in need of a back/forth communication until my next work day since I have a lot of things to line up before maternity leave, and this is beyond frustrating. It needs fixed before September that's for sure, since I will be off on Mat. Leave & will not come in just to keep in contact with work related issues.

BRIDGE is not user-friendly. Direct links to common links (Email, LEARN, Success Factors, Pay Stubs, etc) should be readily available. It wastes time to have to log in just to access basic links... then you have to log in two or three more times for each link. Too many unnecessary steps.

Getting used to things and where to find them! Thanks for all the hard work on this new tool. Could the Accountability Workbook be accessible under Our Tools? This program is horrible! it is not user friendly. Why do we have to go to the menu tab EVERY TIME you open a tab you have to go back to the menu! I'm very disappointed in this new program

No easy way to get to a list of DACs & ERGs from Diversity & Inclusion Page. Have to search for each one separately. Updated information on the Good Samaritan DAC page in LinkNet is gone. Page reverted to old and outdated info.

I understand this is not a forum, but PLEASE remember your Always Behaviors when posting comments. Your voice is just as powerful as a team member from behind the monitor as if you were talking to someone face to face. This is a new process to all, and MarComm are doing a great job responding to feedback any way they can while we all work to adjust to a new system. If you have individual questions, you may contact them at internalcomm@trihealth.com. My two bits: I think it's a great start and can improve. I do not have much luck when searching for content, and sometimes the content I do find conflicts with what is listed under permalinks in the menu.

I tried to click the link to learn how to personalize MyLinks (Click here for a detailed tutorial on how to set up your personalized My Links) and it just opened the same opening page. It seems to me that you used the same people to set up this new system as the ones who set up the VERY un-user-friendly TriHealth.com. I hope my other experiences are better

The arrangement of the “Our Departments” search page is not user-friendly. When looking for something in alphabetical order, the eye naturally reads DOWN a column. Down column 1 then down column 2…Not line by line reading across 2 different columns!

I feel it would be very helpful to include the year when referencing meeting dates, ex LDI. I searched for upcoming dates and thought there was a typo for the July meeting. I believe it may have been referencing a past meeting but there was not a year notated within the description. It could be very helpful. Thanks

LEARN should be at the top of the page with IRIS, HR Central. This is more difficult to learn than LinkNet!

Not user friendly ... used to be able to pull up LinkNet & go directly to search for a specialist to refer a patient in the office to .... and get right to my duties under TriHealth Way ... It used to be a great CONVENIENT tool. Would rather have quicker functionality at work not have access away from work!!!

I cannot locate anything, the layout is nice, but the functionality is not working well for what I need to be able to do. I am finding many "page not founds" when clicking deeper into pages and links on pages.

this is not good. clinical staff need a consolidated link to access clinical key, lexicomp, and other website related resources. too much time digging and not in one location. i am spending too much time trying to find what I need and the search is not helpful for anything.

For those confused on how to find LEARN, when you click MENU, click on OUR TOOLS, and on that page you'll find "TRIHEALTH LEARN" - this is LEARN. *or* it can be found by going to HR Central, and it's toward the bottom right in a box with some links. Otherwise this is a clean looking site, but not any less confusing than it was before. And Cloudmail Access has 2** links on the OUR TOOLS page, which is just an error made by the people who make the site. But that's nothing compared to the fact we keep having to relearn how to use an employee portal type of site to access the 500 million sites we need to go to for our paystubs, our schedules, health insurance, Kronos, email... it's just too many sites. I wish there was 1 site, 1 login only having to be done once, and everything is done in one place instead of 10+ sites we go to and 10+ logins & passwords. The only saving grace is a login & password that updates when you update your password, they ALL update.

Clicking on Our Tools in the navigation will take you to a page that contains links to many of the most commonly used system tools (TriHealth Learn, Kronos, Email, etc.)

I like the way it looks. I like that a new window opens when you click to go into another site, but I don't like the quick links missing. It's very hard to find the old links, like Appreciation station, Concur for example.

I do no like this at all! You can not find anything, there is literally NOTHING here! Where is quick links? or something similar? No Learn button - Can't get upset if employees can't complete what they can't see. I really like the layout of LinkNet, articles, links. The Bridge is just horrible.
