Hi Team —
Football season is here, and the Bengals are off to an encouraging start with a “nail-biting” season-opening win over in-state rival, the Cleveland Browns!
And speaking of the Bengals, I’m pleased to share that these eight lucky team members – selected from more than 3,000 entries – are the winners of our first Bengals suite tickets giveaway of the season:
- Brian Bernet, Physical Therapist, TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion
- Orlando Berry, Sterile Supply Technician, Bethesda Butler Hospital
- Mary Branscum, LPN, TPP Group Health Mason
- Adam Chaney, Lead Food & Nutrition Services Coordinator, McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital
- Stacey Dunsmore, Corporate Education Specialist, TriHealth HR
- Amber McLain, Anatomic Pathology Assistant, Good Samaritan Hospital
- Shelbie Stroud, RN, TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital
- Margo Thurmond, Laboratory Process Technician, Bethesda North Hospital
Each of these team members and their guests will enjoy next Sunday’s game against Jacksonville from the TriHealth suite, compliments of TriHealth! Be on the lookout for more fun drawings for Bengals suite tickets all season long!
Celebrating 10 Years of Getting Healthcare Right at Kings Island
- What a fun summer it’s been here at TriHealth, celebrating the ten-year milestone in our journey to transform healthcare for the better, and at the same time, launching the NEXT ten years of our continuing work to lead the way in Getting Healthcare Right!
- The summer festivities included: complimentary tickets for every team member to attend a Reds game this season, ticket giveaways to see Reds, FC Cincinnati and Savannah Bananas games, local summer celebrations hosted across our entire system, and a special commemorative gift offering of a quarter zip jacket for every TriHealth team member, physician, and volunteer, just in time for the cool autumn weather!
- And last Sunday, we closed out the summer fun with our “grand finale” – our annual TriHealth Summer Celebration at Kings Island! We achieved a new record attendance, with more than 25,000 team members, physicians, volunteers, family, and friends – including our newest colleagues from TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital participating! Together, we enjoyed a picture-perfect day of thrilling rides, team camaraderie, family fun, and great food!
- Because of you, we ARE Getting Healthcare Right – now and for decades to come. Today, our patients are healthier, care is safer and more accessible, and services are more affordable. Now that’s something to celebrate!! So, I hope you have felt – and continue to feel – the deep appreciation we have for every one of you, and for all you do to make TriHealth GREAT for each other and those we serve!
- A BIG thank you to Melissa Savich and our Team Member Celebration planning team for organizing the biggest and best celebration of our TriHealth team to date! Click here to check out a photo gallery capturing all the fun we shared together.
Kicking Off Our 2025 One Campaign
- Our work to Get Healthcare Right extends beyond the exceptional patient care we deliver across our TriHealth hospitals, ambulatory campuses, and physician practices. It also includes “caring” for the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve, especially those most in need.
- And another vital way we do this is through the One Campaign – TriHealth’s annual, unified system-wide fundraising campaign focused on our three system giving priorities – United Way, ArtsWave, and our Foundations (Bethesda, Good Samaritan, and McCullough-Hyde), which also support our own team members, caregivers, and service lines.
- This streamlined approach to giving provides team members and physicians a convenient and easy way to support these important philanthropic causes that help make our hometown communities healthier, stronger, and more vibrant!
And this year’s One Campaign has officially kicked off and will run through Tuesday, October 21.
- No matter the amount, your donation to the One Campaign will help make our community better by:
- Improving access to healthcare and essential resources,
- Addressing hunger,
- Providing educational scholarships for nurses and social workers,
- Supporting TriHealth team members in need, and
- Strengthening the arts and culture to enrich lives.
- And to help kickstart our efforts, today we’re launching an “early bird” contest for those who donate to the One Campaign before September 15.
- Any team member, physician, or leader who donates $35 or more before September 15 will be entered into a random drawing to win one of these exclusive, long-sleeved One Campaign t-shirts. Three hundred winners will be randomly selected and notified on September 16 with a link to order your shirt.
- To learn more about the growing impact the One Campaign has on TriHealth and our larger community, check out this brief video from One Campaign co-chair, Harold Dillow, and me.
- I hope you will consider joining me in making a pledge to the One Campaign today. Visit TriHealth.com/One or scan the QR code to the right to donate.
NEW DATE for September Team Member Town Hall: Wednesday, September 24
- Due to scheduling conflicts, we are rescheduling our September Team Member Town Hall livestream to Wednesday, September 24, at 12pm on Bridge.

Investing in Our People and Career Development: TriHealth Administrative Fellowship Program
- Our employer brand promise – or unique commitment to our team members – is to provide a supportive work and practice environment and a strong sense of purpose and belonging. This commitment is also about providing team members with clear pathways and new opportunities for professional growth and development, so they are prepared to take on new roles and advance in their career… without ever having to leave TriHealth to do so.
- One important way we fulfill this commitment, among many others, is through TriHealth’s Internal Administrative Fellowship Program, and we are now accepting applications for our next class of fellows.
- This program offers team members with a master’s degree in health administration the opportunity to apply for a one-year, full-time, experience-based fellowship. This fellowship prepares participants for continued career and leadership growth through hands-on learning and personal coaching from senior leaders, physicians, and team members from across the system.
- The deadline to apply is September 30. Visit Bridge for complete details.
Thank you, as always, for who you are and for all you do to Live Our Values as we fulfill our mission – ONE Team, TriHealth STRONG – to improve the health of ALL those we serve, while doing our part to make the communities where we live and work better by every measure!
