To enhance the security of patient accounts, starting May 18th, two-factor authentication will be enabled for all TriHealth MyChart patient accounts. TriHealth team members who are also TriHealth patients are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication before this date to ensure a smooth transition.

Early adoption will allow our IS and MyChart teams to address any potential issues or errors and prepare for similar patient experiences. Guidance for setup is available via the Epic video link, along with internal tip sheets accessible here: pre-launch and post-launch.
