We are thrilled to introduce the launch of our 2025 LifeStyles Rewards program! This exciting initiative is designed to reward our dedicated team members and their spouses for their commitment to health and wellbeing. The guide is attached, and you can start earning rewards right away.
Key Details
Eligibility:
- Team members and spouses on the TriHealth medical plan are eligible to earn rewards.
- Team members can earn up to $475 ($375 HSA/HRA and $100 Rewards Cash).
- Non-team member spouses can earn up to $100 HSA/HRA.
- Rewards Cash can be used immediately for gift cards or charity donations via the platform.
Spouses as Team Members:
- Spouses who are also team members can earn up to $375 HSA/HRA and $100 Rewards Cash.
Account Registration:
- To earn any LifeStyles Rewards, you must have a registered account on the LifeStyles Wellbeing Platform and complete activities by December 31, 2025.
Platform Rebranding:
- As of January 2025, our LifeStyles Wellbeing Platform has rebranded from Virgin Pulse to Personify Health. It’s the same app with the same features as your existing account—just with a new look and feel. When you open the Virgin Pulse app, you’ll be prompted to update it to Personify Health.
To start earning, simply register or log in to Personify Health and check out the Rewards page to see all the new activities available.
