April 08, 2025
Hi Team –
While recent “April showers” will soon turn to sunnier, spring weather, the soggy start to April will neither dampen our commitment to finish strong nor slow our momentum as we begin the fourth and final quarter of FY25. So please mark your calendars to join us next Tuesday, April 15 at noon on Bridge for our April Team Member Town Hall livestream. We will review our FY25 pillar goal performance, update you on our FY26 annual planning and strategic refresh process, showcase our culture, people, and service line work, and of course, answer your questions and give away some great TriHealth prizes!
Healthcare Appreciation Week T-Shirt: Vote and Order Today!
- With Healthcare Appreciation Week a little over a month away, we invited our team members in March to submit their very own creative t-shirt design for a chance to be featured on the official 2025 Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt – and we received more than 100 amazing submissions!
- In order to narrow the selection for team member voting, the top three designs (pictured below) were chosen by an independent panel of leaders and team members.
- All team members whose designs were not selected among the top three are still winners, and will each receive a $25 gift card, compliments of TriHealth, as a thank you for participating in this fun annual tradition!
- And, now it’s time for you to vote for your favorite Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt design!
- Voting begins today and will continue through Friday, April 18. In addition to voting on your favorite design, you can also pre-order your FREE Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt, made from the same super soft and comfortable material used for all previous Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirts!
- Click here to cast your vote and place your t-shirt order.
- After voting closes on April 18, team members will still have until the end of May to order their FREE Healthcare Appreciation Week t-shirt.
- The winning design will be announced at the Healthcare Appreciation Week Town Hall on Wednesday, May 14.
“Be Seen. Be Heard. Be TriHealth.” – New Career Site Set to Launch
- In 2024, we launched our new employer brand promise, “Be Seen. Be Heard. Be TriHealth.”
- Developed in partnership with our team members and physicians, our promise captures what you’ve told us are the most important and unique qualities about our culture that make TriHealth the region’s leading and most preferred healthcare employer – and these are:
- A supportive work and practice environment
- A strong sense of purpose and belonging, and
- Authentically lived, everyday experiences.
- In addition to reinforcing our strong culture and work environment, our employer brand promise also plays an important role in attracting and recruiting the right and best team members to join us in advancing our mission-driven work to Get Healthcare Right.
- So, to expand and amplify our employer brand promise and promote new and existing career growth opportunities, we have redesigned our careers site to become the new “front door” to our employer brand.
- The refreshed career site highlights team member journeys through powerful storytelling and video testimonials.
- As importantly, the site features enhanced job search functionality, improved mobile experience for users and a connection to the brand experience.
- The new site – Careers.TriHealth.com – launches this week… so be sure to check it out and share it with friends!
Good Catch Award Winners Enjoy a Day at the Ball Park
- Ensuring the safety of those we serve and those who serve at TriHealth is our top priority and a never-ending pursuit in our Journey to Zero Patient and Team Member Harm.
- In fact, we’ve built an industry-leading culture of safety… achieving a 300% reduction in serious harm events since we began our Safety and Reliability journey in 2018.
- By hardwiring evidence-based safety and reliability practices, every team member is empowered and encouraged to “speak up for safety.”
- And one way we recognize and reward team members for embracing our culture of safety is through the "Good Catch" Award program. This award recognizes individuals who have identified and reported an incident where harm or potential harm to a patient was prevented or averted.
- And since one “good catch” deserves another, we were happy to recently thank and celebrate our “Good Catch” Award recipients (pictured right) with an opportunity to enjoy a Reds game – and lots of “good catches” – from the TriHealth suite at Great American Ball Park!
- Look for monthly raffles for your chance to attend one of 10 Reds games in the TriHealth suite throughout the baseball season, as yet another way to celebrate our people and culture. And don’t forget to order your two complimentary tickets to attend a Reds game this season and cheer our hometown team on to victory!!!
TriHealth Board Member Quint Studer Wins Baldrige Award
- A special shout out and congratulations to TriHealth Board Member, Quint Studer, who was named a 2025 recipient of the Baldrige Foundation Award for Leadership Excellence.
- This is our nation’s highest award for leadership excellence in pursuit and achievement of Quality!
- This prestigious award, given by the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Inc., recognizes leaders who embody Baldrige leadership values and commitment to excellence.
- Quint, co-founder of Healthcare Plus Solutions Group and previously the founder of The Studer Group, is one of just four healthcare leaders to receive this honor this year. And we have been fortunate to have Quint volunteer his service and share his many talents with TriHealth as a board member since 2018.
Together, we continue to lead the way in Getting Healthcare Right by choosing to be our best and to bring out the best in each other and all that we do, each and every day!! Thank you for helping us to tell and to live our TriHealth story and promise of “surprisingly human care” in such powerful ways through your actions and your commitment to excellence, always!
