Coming Soon: New and Improved IS Service Portal

The TriHealth Technology and Data team continues to focus on delivering high quality technology and strong customer service as our top priority. As a result of your feedback, we are launching the next set of enhancements to the IS Service Portal that will help us deliver a more customer-centered experience.

Effective May 6, the IS Service Portal will be updated to feature a new design, enhancing the overall team member experience by leveraging modern technologies. View a recorded demo here!

What’s New:
  • The new design is more intuitive and easier to navigate, with fewer clicks.
  • New Guided Tours have been created to walk users through navigating the portal, featuring examples of most frequently submitted requests, like “how to submit an incident."
  • The “New Hire Order Guide for Access and Equipment” is designed to help leaders request multiple related items for new hire technology onboarding, streamlining several requests into one, saving time and effort.
  • The new “My Drafts” feature offers the ability to now save requested items and project requests as drafts.
  • A “News/Announcements” section was created to share IS updates and wins.
What’s Improved:
  • The IS Service Portal home page now has a Quick Links section that links out to popular requests and other helpful tools.
  • The “My Requests” and “My Incidents sections have a new Active Items Widget that provides more information about the status of your submitted incidents and requests.
  • Portal content has been updated to be more descriptive for easier navigation.
What’s the Same:
  • The link to the IS Service Portal will not change – users can continue to access the portal the same ways they always have.
