The Bethesda Foundation is pleased to present the Grateful Patient Award to Dr. Kathleen Raque, Breast Surgeon in the TriHealth Cancer & Blood Institute.
The grateful patient wrote “I want to thank Dr. Raque who performed my surgery. She was so kind and patient with explaining what I was going through, with the decisions I had to make concerning my breast cancer surgery. I feel she has given me a second chance on life.”
Simple gestures of kindness often mean the most to us. The Grateful Patient program gives patients and families the opportunity to recognize a physician, nurse or team member who made a difference in someone's life with a donation in their honor and a special note of thanks. Donations made through the Grateful Patient Program help fund innovative solutions to complex health problems and make state of the art technology available to all of our patients.
