An upgrade to the IRIS 2.0 safety and incident reporting system will require scheduled system downtime on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
The IRIS system will be unavailable on October 15 from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm while team member feedback and claims data is migrated to the new incident reporting system.
What Does This Mean for TriHealth Team Members?
During this six-hour downtime (October 15 from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm):
- Team members will not be able to complete Incident Report in IRIS.
- Team members should not create Incident Reports outside of IRIS during this scheduled downtime.
- Team members should wait until the downtime is over at 2:00 pm and then complete the Incident Report in IRIS.

CAROL FROM E.D. IS VERY UNREASONABLE TO SPEAK TO. SHE CALLS MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME INCIDENT. EVEN WHEN IT"S CONVEYED TO HER THAT MAINTENANCE IS WORKING ON A SITUATION.
