The grateful patient wrote of Britney: “I want someone in charge to be aware of the AWESOME care this lady showed me today. ” And of Bill the patient wrote, “I have never felt more cared for by any staff anywhere.”

Another grateful patient wrote of her time at Bethesda North: “I would like to honor all who took care of me. They got me through the time before Dr. Zhang’s procedure. I would like all day & night team members to be told how special they are.”

Simple gestures of kindness often mean the most to us. The Grateful Patient program gives patients and families the opportunity to recognize a physician, nurse or team member who made a difference in someone's life with a donation in their honor and a special note of thanks. Donations made through the Grateful Patient Program help fund innovative solutions to complex health problems and make state of the art technology available to all of our patients.
