Healing touch is a form of energy work that aims to provide balance and comfort to the body. This practice involves the gentle use of hands either directly on the body or hovering slightly above it, with the intention of clearing, energizing, and balancing the energy fields. This can result in reduced pain, decreased anxiety, and an overall sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

Healing touch is often used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments.
