Between Monday, June 17 and Friday, June 28, you have the opportunity to share your feedback through completing the 2024 TriHealth Engagement Survey. This survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, is a great way to share your feedback to help us make progress on where we have improved and take action where we need to continue our efforts.

We have continued to commit to investing in each and every TriHealth team member… and we aren’t stopping now.

This is your opportunity for your feedback to be seen and your voice to be heard about your work experience, your leadership, the TriHealth culture and the future of the health system. We have taken important steps that are leading to an improved work and practice environment for our team members and physicians, and have made efforts to reward our team members for stepping up to ensure that no patient is ever turned away. This has all been done to make TriHealth the place where team members want to work, physicians want to practice, and the community chooses to receive healthcare.

It's Easy to Share Your Feedback!
TriHealth team members can access the survey multiple ways:

• Perceptyx, our survey partner, sent a personalized link to your TriHealth email on Monday, June 17. Search your inbox for subject line "2024 TriHealth Engagement Survey," sender: "Perceptyx on Behalf of TriHealth."
• You can also scan the QR code to access the survey through your smart phone.
• Click the link to log into the 2024 TriHealth Engagement Survey Site and use your TriHealth employee ID or your Physician/APC NPI number. The link works best if opened in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
• Text 2024Survey to 513 540 2234

As with every engagement survey, your individual responses remain confidential.

Please note: Team members who started after March 19, 2024 will not receive the Engagement Survey. New hires who have been at TriHealth for less than 90 days will receive a New Hire Survey instead, as part of their onboarding process.
